I contacted Keytek this afternoon. Within 40 minutes we were visited by the engineer, who fixed the broken lock on our UPVC back door. Within an hour the work was completed to an excellent standard. I have used Arvco Locksmiths (Rob) twice in the last 12 months for two separate issues with my UPVC door. On both occasions I had a turn out at very short notice (with one turnout within a couple of hours of my call and also between scheduled jobs) On both occasions he completed the work professionally. I would highly recommend and hopefully I won't require his services for a while but as and when I do I will be calling him first.
