The Belmont Group was established in 1987, initially as electrical contractors. Based in Herne Bay, Kent. The group was established from a merger of Belmont Electrical Services and Belmont Building Services in 1987 and then with Dudley Electrical in 2001. In 2005 the mechanical services division was set up. In recent years, although remaining a family run business, The Belmont Group has developed and expanded their expertise, within commercial, industrial and domestic environments, also to include renewable and energy saving technologies. Now, a lot of our time is spent on energy saving services, such as installing and maintaining LED lighting systems, Solar PV installations, Green Deal and ECO installations and we are seeing a growth in the number of Biomass Boiler installations that we carry out, along with other renewable energy services. In order to help people to make the most of energy saving technology for their businesses and homes, we are MCS and PAS 2030 accredited and certified in all our services with the relevant oversight bodies such as; NICIEC and Gas Safe Register. This means that The Belmont Group can help customers claim any grants, Feed-In-Tariffs or incentives that are out there. We are always looking for ways to make energy saving and sustainability more accessible to our customers.
