Do not use .. nobody ever there to help or return your calls , staff aint even fully trained and are Useless , go find yourself a different solicitor if its Help you need because you wont get it from this firm. Terrible

Mandy Dean and Rachel Woolley took over conveyancing my house from an incompetent solicitor who had taken 3 months to do next to nothing. They turned everything around in two weeks. Nigel Swaby was very easy to talk to and explained processes thoroughly, offering a timeline and sticking to it. I needed a solicitor so I had Tim hes a lovely man calmed me down instantly as I went to the wrong courts was half an hour late so was quite nervous and he did say hes the oldest solicitor at cuttles thanks Tim il see you in April x

My outcome wasn't what i wanted but the experience fo me was better than bearable due to the solicitor ((Mr S Durham)) being very good at understanding and doing his job very very well.

they gave me valuable advice dealing with probate.
