i writing this on behalf of my 80yr old disabled mum she had an awful experience with u last wed night 29th march she went to orpington tescos was dropped of with one of ur drivers and had a return booked for 45 mins later she waited taxi didnt turn up after 45 mins plus she waited 45 mins rang and asked where it was they cancelled it because they said she wasnt there she was there u just didnt bloody look she.s severly disabled cant walk far everybody seen how distressed she was and helped her even an ambulance driver offered to help her but thankfully a lovely man and his wife took my mum so thanks for ur crap service if thats how u treat ur customers u can stick ur so called service where the sun dont shine so she wont b using ur service learn to look after ur customers because without them ur have no job disgrace should b ashamed of urselves to treat an 80 yr old disabled lady like that

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

Left stranded after booking a taxi home from a works do. When I called to politely ask where the taxi was after waiting 20 minutes I was told there is no taxi coming and I had been blacklisted! Horrendous customer service. I had only booked the taxi a few hours before with no issues.

Absolutely shocking service by my driver today, he was rude, drove recklessly and was far too distracted by other things in the car, I will not be using this company again

Always come on time, and give you a call when they arrive so you don't wait around. Very reasonable prices even for students!

The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.

Station cars give amazing service at an affordable prices. I really recommend this. .

Wow, just had the guy interrupt me to say my journey was not available even though I had not even said when I needed a taxi. Before I finished asking, he hung up. Even if you can't do it, a bit of courtesy would be nice. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! We booked a taxi to the airport and after checking, we found NO booking on their system and they overcharged us!

On the 15th of February, I was hit on and offered cocaine by one of the staff in the taxi office at joices yard. This made me very uncomfortable. He told me that his coke was the best in Basingstoke, as if that was something to be proud of. I politely declined, only to be told that if I change my mind to ask for Dan in the office. When i mentioned this to the security that managed the taxi queue, he smiled and agreed that Dan's coke was indeed the best. This has made me not want to use this service any longer as I'm not sure that everyone working there isn't high all the time!!! I am absolutely shocked that this company allows that kind of behaviour. My recommendation is that you stay clear from this taxi rank.

The taxi arrived on schedule; however, I felt compelled to give it a one-star rating due to my experience. The driver was unprofessional when I requested to pay in cash, stating that he only accepted card payments. When I informed him that I did not have a card, he reacted negatively and refused to accept my cash payment, which was 14f (I gave him 10f and two 2f coins), indicating that he would not need to provide change. Additionally, I observed that he was driving at an excessive speed and disregarded a red light. This unpleasant experience will discouraged me from using they services again.

Booked this lot for taxi to Gatwick and return pickup. Text to confirm pick had wrong post code. Driver arrived on time but not helpful in terms of luggage. Got to Gatwick on time. Return was something else. Driver was late. Contacting him proved difficult, when we did he asked if we were in the Yellow car park - there isnt a Yellow car park, then radio silence. Called yet again when someone else answered and said he would get hold of him. After more frustration he turned up in the Red car park where we were. Set of on the journey home but didnt have our address in his satnav so got somewhere close and asked if “this was it”, a random assumption. Directed him to our house where he sat in his cab, opened the tailgate so we unloaded bags and closed his tailgate for him. Useless company and useless driver.

We booked a taxi for 4 adults to take us to a restaurant & a return trip. The driver who picked us up was on time, friendly & efficient ( he deserves a very good rating). For the return journey, the company could not come up with a driver and after 50 minutes of waiting & numerous phone calls to them, we fortunately found another means to return home. Alpha cars seem to have a monopoly on all taxi firms in Basingstoke ... sadly they did no fulfill their obligation, so we would not recommend them.

Disgusting behaviour from one of their taxi drivers this evening threatening my 18 year old daughter this is the second time it has happened to her by the same horrible driver. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

Got in taxis having already pre paid on app.When the journey finished the metre said 4.40.I said to him ok its 4.40 then got out.When I checked the app he charged me 4.70.They are suppose to be trust worthy. I now feel he has let sussex cars done and will now try another taxis company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Taxi never showed up, the rudest telephonist ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

What an excellent service. Courteous,efficient, friendly and adaptable without drama when our flight details changed a few hours before. A smooth, safe journey with the drivers of both outward and return routes. The bonus of bottled water and milk for our return home was most welcome and a very kind thought. I have used Courteous Travel for over 3 years and they really are what they say they are; Courteous . If they cannot make a journey, they always provide a suitable alternative. They are not expensive and remarkably provide a value add of ancillary services which has never been provided by any other taxi company that I've used, ie. Bottle of water and a pint of milk when you get off the plane in case there's nothing in the fridge on your return home. Also, negotiating a comparable price with a suitabe taxi company when they aren't able to take on a journey. They are also friendly and kind.

1st class. Punctual, clean minibus, polite driver both ways. Milk, bread and water on our return was a great and unexpected bonus. Will definitely use them again

Absolutely fantastic experience. Took us to Luton and back, was there on time with good communication and we were also given a bottle of water each after our flight. Would recommend to everyone, best taxi service I have had so far.

Used Gilberts for an early morning Heathrow run. Shah arrived ahead of pick up time, he was polite, smart, helpful and friendly. His car was clean and he drove safely. Price was as quoted Would request this driver in the future.

Booked a taxi from this company from the Bull at Bisham, lady agreed a fare, and no show. I needed a car to a bus stop in Marlow. If the journey was too short why on earth does this company say they are a taxi company. It seems that most taxi companies in Marlow are greedy and charge too much for fares

TAXI DRIVER RAN OVER MY CAT. BAD SERVICE AS WHEN I RING TO COMPLAIN I GET SPOKEN TO LIKE TRASH.

Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

Enroute Taxis picked up my call fairly quickly. The Booking process very fast and efficient. Price was quoted up front. SMS was sent to my mobile with the booking reference, car reg, colour, model etc. Driver arrived within reasonable time given it was booked at around 2.44am. The vehicle was very clean and tidy & the Driver was very courteous and polite. Definitely great value for money.

After attempting to exercise my arthritic legs and spine by walking my dog, I quickly realized I needed a taxi home. Within 10 minutes, a comfortable Western Cars taxi arrived.
