Moulton Leisure Centre's brand-new, state-of-the-art 80 station gym offers a great range of facilities. This includes both cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a superb free weights area and a host of functional equipment. The 25m swimming pool has a movable floor and an entrance ramp to ensure it's accessible to all. Whether it's Everyone Active's award-winning swimming lessons programme or Lane Swimming, Aqua Aerobics and Family Swim sessions, the range of wet activities offer something for everyone. The group fitness studio at Moulton Leisure Centre offers a huge range of group fitness classes. From intense Les Mills classes to more relaxed Pilates and Yoga sessions, there's sure to be a class for you. And that's not all - there's also state-of-the-art group cycling bikes in a dedicated brand-new group cycling studio.
