    This is not the first time that this company has failed to deliver a reasonable service. But the simple fact is that I requested a taxi at 9.15pm, to take me a home, about 5 miles away. The immediate response was 'no, sorry, we're too busy'. At this point, I hadn't even indicated at what time I needed the taxi. Basically, they only wanted short journeys, where the fare is much greater, in proportion to the time involved. This firm should not be licensed and is a total disgrace to the private hire industry.
