Will not be catching this taxi ever again. Caught it twice in two days and both days the driver takes you on the longest route ignoring the directions you give so that the meter reading is at a higher price. Not good

Bad service...I booked a taxi at 12 midnight 12th December for 8am on the 13th December as I had an appointment at 9 o'clock...I asked if I was guaranteed this taxi....I was told YES. ..At 8.15 no taxi...I phoned again...I was told 7 minutes at 8.30..still no taxi...Taxi eventually arrived at 8.45...Missed my appointment as I didn't arrive.until 9.30..so basically I just went for a drive...This is bad Service..as the taxi was ordered 8 hours prior. ..Good thing is I didn't use galaxy's to come back? Might have still been waiting now..From one of your Loyal Customers.

Never use this company and definitely never ore book them. The driver didn't wait and when we called him back to see where he was, his English was awful and he was super rude. When we spoke to the company they tried to be helpful but when it's 1am and freezing half an hour is not a great response. Will never use them again and suggest you don't either.

DO NOT USE!! I'm disgusted with this company, I have been using them for years but since new management has taken over the drivers seem very greedy, they run by a meter and they all switch the meter off before you get to your destination and then charge you more than the correct fare, this happened 3 times over the weekend, I also had a driver that picked me and my girlfriend up from town and I had given him the fare upfront as I got home he tried to charge me a second time, I would assume this is because we had been drinking it seems like they take advantage of their customers. After ringing up and reporting this, the guy who I was talking to laughed and put the phone down. I will be going back to using uber.

Galaxy Top Rank Sutton Choice Worst experience I ever had with taxi! When I first used this company, the taxi driver was on phone all the time, speaking different language. So I think that it was rude, but did not complain, maybe it was important. Who know? But my second jurney and last one was nightmare. I called on their central and ordered taxi, they said that taxi is already on the way, so I do not need to worry. I did not get any confirmation text. So I waited in front of the training center. There were several taxis picking up my colagues which went on different station. One of the taxi driver ask my, where am I going. I showed him on the paper name of the station. He confirmed and told me to get in the car. He took me on the oposite side of Birmingham. Wrong station!! I told him that this is not ma station! He said that is my fault. That I said him to take me here. I did not said anything, showed him station on paper. I do not know Birmingham! So it was clearly not my fault.

Had to go one street away carhampton road to falcon lodge crescent as was having a family do and didn't want to walk home with my daughter whose 3. Had to pay £5. Disgraceful. Was in the taxi for no longer than 1 minute

Do not use galaxy taxi firm. I took a taxi last night from kingsbury road to lozells and back. I gave the taxi man £10 once I reached the destination in lozells as I was unsure whether I was returning back to erdington. I decided that I would return to kingsbury road so we agreed that I will pay another additional £5 but we would need to stop at a cash point which was at BP station at six ways. Once we pulled up at my destination the driver snatched the £20 out of my hand and refused to give me change. To cut the long story short police were called and arrested the driver..... I was travelling alone as a woman in the middle of the night so I was vulnerable as far as I am concerned. I have been a on off customer for over 2 decades but this incident that has impacted me I will never ever use them again and I will deter any customer from using them now and in the future. uber all the way for me!!!

It's about time this company were reported for overcharging, they have been doing it from outside the Royal for years. They are a total disgrace, When coming home tonight I was told the charge from Sutton to Great Barr would be £15.00 totally ridiculous! I told the driver to clock the mileage as my intention was to report them to the council for overcharging. I normally pay around £7.00 he did and when we got home it only registered as £8.00. Needless to say he only got £8. They rip people off assuming they are drunk and will just pay whatever so they can get home. Disgraceful. I refused to use them for years and I swear I will never get into another galaxy car. They should be shut down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The driver targeted my because I was vulnerable as a young woman travelling alone at night, he intimidated me into paying more money than agreed. I feel unsafe throughout the journey. Driver was very rude and I was very shaken by the experience. This company should be shut down.

This company are a disgrace! Last night I was preparing to cross the road. I saw the Galaxy taxi approaching. He did not indicate at all to turn into the road I was about to cross so I was about to cross. Suddenly the driver abruptly swerved around the corner. Luckily I had stayed on the pavement. His window was down so I shouted that he should indicate! I was not prepared for the verbal abuse! He shouted all kinds of obscenities, foul language which I will not repeat. Needless to say I will never step foot in one of their taxi's. Not only are they employing, unprofessional rude people who are abusive but also dangerous drivers! I'm shocked and disgusted! Terrible company! If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Avoid this company!

Avoid using this company. Driver was late to start with. Driver then drove away with an expensive pram in boot of car while partner took baby into house. Company then point blank refused to return the goods claiming it was lost property and we had to arrange other transport to get to their base to pick it up. Person I spoke to was rude claiming it was our problem not his and he didnt care less. Refused to put me on to anyone else to speak to as noone spoke english other than him. Fantastic service from start to finish. Prompt, friendly, helpful driver. Nice to have text updates on booking to collection. £25 for 10 mile trip for 6?people = Good value. Definitely use again.

Taxi was 30 mins late. Rude driver, one person missed their last train to scotland, as they were so late. along side one cab driving right past us. Not to mention his dangerous driving and cutting lights. I dont wanna be late. But i dont wanna die either.

Being refused to be served by taxi and accused of being Raisist when operator who bearly speaks English didn't understand a addresses. Very dissapointed. I will never use them again as they called me to back to Poland and Romenia! Even when I didn't mention my origin and I am not romenian at all :) very unpleasant experience. Will report to headquarter. Do not use!!!!!!

Every time I try and book a taxi with this they never have one in sutton. Think they just lose the sutton cars bit and just be galaxy and top rank much easyer calling another taxi for example hotline
