DO NOT BOOK with call a cab! My friends and I booked a taxi at 4pm (they took payment and we received a confirmation email) to pick us up at 2am, outside eastbourne train station to drop us off in Hastings (this is on bank holiday Sunday). At 11:30pm, after last train home, we get an email saying our taxi has been cancelled because they where not taking booking this day at all leaving us stranded as all local firms had been booked up! Remembering that this is after payment and we had received a confirmation email. Talk about communication issues and a poor service. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid using this firm!
