Worst service ever, definetely do not recommend it. Ordered a taxi for 5:40am and it didnt come till 5:55am which lead to me being late for work. Ridiculous.

dispatch hangs up on you when there is a complaint, left me and my children stranded in this terrible rain they don't turn up and when you call to find out where it is after 30 mins they tell you they are stuck in traffic when there is no traffic terrible company better off with someone else lost a loyal customer hear

Regular user many times a week and constantly let down . Just booked a return journey and told 5 mins 38 mins later still no taxi then told cos of Ramadan got a taxi after 40 minutes Waste of time using your company JUST TELL THE TRUTH from an ex customer

Rude operators and terrible service. They said would arrive in 20 minutes but 45 minutes later we called and were told that the taxi had been cancelled as they couldn't find the street. They made no effort to let us know and the operator was extremely rude. I tried to book again and help with directions but they kept cutting me off. Called ABC Taxi's who arrived quickly without issue. Will never use Martini Taxis again and would suggest anyone who reads this calls another company.
