I've just called to book a taxi. The lady that has answered was beyond rude. She answered with "hello", not introducing herself or at least to know that it's the taxi company. She asked me straight where I am, even though I wanted to ask if I can pay upfront with the credit card as it was not for me. I started to say the postcode, and was adamant to give me the numbers in the postcode, and when I wanted to reply she just hang up. This has been an appalling experience. Few minutes later, as I've been given another phone number (with high hopes that would be another taxi company), the same lady answered. When I asked her to listen to me, so I can explain what my booking was about, she said "to listen to you?", and then another lady took the phone and said "you have the wrong attitude and we don't want to talk to you any further". I just wanted to explain that a small parcel should be picked up from point A, to be taken to point B, and if I can pay upfront with my card. Wow!

Great service, taxi arrived promptly and the driver Leon was polite and friendly and even helped arrange our pick up later , which was really good of him - that also arrived on time and at the exact spot we had requested. Superb service would happily recommend.

Used this company for the first time, we were fully informed by text when the driver was leaving to pick us up and again when he was outside our house(5.30 am). On our return to Leeds/ Bradford Airport, reported to the office on our arrival, we were informed that our car was waiting for us and in the meantime received a text again saying the car was waiting along with the registration number and the drivers name. Well impressed and will use again.
