Me: “He cant be very far if he left 2 minutes ago, I will wave at him on the main road. Just get him to turn around.” Control: “No I wont! Dont try and tell me what I need to do. You know what? You can F**K OFF!” Down goes the phone. Me: “errrrrrrrrr hello??”. Anyway I call another company but I will need to wait another hour. I am meeting an old friend I havent seen for some time. He has to leave by 22:15 to get his train to Poole, which was leaving at 22:22. So we have to rearrange. To sum up I would be happy to use Bobs Cars again, but with the requirement that this man is moved to job more appropriate to his skills such as cleaning out the company urinals; as I would suggest a customer facing job is not suitable for this uncivilized and dopey individual.

(PART 2) the cab was waiting there. It was still raining. Cant see anything. I continue to wait patiently. At 21:05 I receive a call from control: “Hey. Why werent you there. My driver said he came to your house, all the lights were off, no one was outside so hes left.” Me: “Errr no he didnt. I havent seen a car. I have been looking out of the window since 8:55, came out of my house at 9:03 and there was no vehicle. I hadnt received a text either so I assumed the driver was running late for weather reasons. Control: “No, he said there were no lights on in any of the houses and he didnt see anyone.” Me: “He must be at the wrong address because not only am I outside, both my porch and sitting room light are on. Anyway, can you just get him to turn back and pick me up? I am now at the bottom of my cul-de-sac? Cheers mate” Control: “No I cant.” Me: “Er, excuse me?” Control: “I can ask him if he wants to turn back but I cant tell him to turn back.”

I would strongly advise both that no one uses this alleged taxi service, and that they, and yourselves read the below incidents which were my most recent two experiences with this company. (And for obvious reasons my last two ever experiences with them.) The radio controller, who always seems to be the same consistently dozy, posh and befuddled incompetent delivered the following “stupendous” service. (Before detailing these, please bear in mind that I have used this company around 5 times, and even though I always used the same mobile number, they have never recognised my account and I have had to repeat all my details again). Also I have asked them on the last 2 occasions to text me when outside because it was raining and have given Bobs Cants, sorry Cars, my full mobile number. Again. Tiring. Incident 1: I ordered a cab for 21:00 hours. AT 21:03 I exited my house as I had neither received a text nor had I seen a car pull up. Nothing. I walked to the end of my cul-de-sac to see if
