Furious! Booked taxi to airport for 11,turned up at 11.15 with no petrol !!Finally got it at 11.40 Hope I can make the flight !! I wouldnt mind if I hadnt booked it Friday confirmed yesterday and then confirmed at 10 am Not wearing a mask though I have to Its the controllers fault they should be managing the service. We ended up in East Ham getting petrol after 3 other attempts ! Ridiculous !

Worst cab company ever!! They tell you they have a cab & will be with you in 10 mins yet 30 mins later still no cab, even though you call in several times & are told the cab is just around the corner!!! !This has happened to me several times with this company so am deleting their number now so I dont make the mistake of using them ever again

Booked cab at 10 am for 11.30 am to go up the road to vet with small cat in a cat carrier (which I said i had when calling) - at 11.30 no cab. I called back, man on the phone tells me he is trying to find someone who would take a cat. I pointed out I needed the cab at 11.30 as per booking. He then shouts at me: “who am I talking to!??” Well to him obviously, hed just let me down! He then slammed the phone down! He should have let me know if there was a problem, instead he just let me down and was very rude on the phone rather than professional! I also advised the vets who had kindly me their number so they are now aware
