So first time we booked cab was fine then on return we booked a pet friendly cab and taxi arrived and the driver refused to take us because " we had a dog". Waited ages then finally received a pet friendly cab. Driver was great. Today we were awaiting a prebooked cab to take us to the vets. Was getting way past pick up and we called to discover they had no cab for us even though we received the booking text. Didn't even bother to contact us because, I guess customers don't matter being they are the monetary source of their living. So we asked when next would be and were told half hour. Came and went! Already cancelled app twice now and now postponed to monday. Means our week is ruined. Dog needed stitches out then had to wait 3 days to go out properly. Now instead of Monday she has to wait on top of her 2 weeks house arrest to thursday! I am livid! Unprofessional. Get some training to your staff! If you can't make it let us blooming know. Not that well be back! Plenty other taxi firms!

Pre booked taxi two days before never arrived,office said they are fully booked and would take 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive. We were left stranded at cairn farm estate after a wedding. Rubbish. I could say a lot worse.

Booked a 7 seater to take the family to the airport. Taxi was booked for 8.30am and we received a call at 7.30am to say the taxi we booked and confirmed would be available was not. They said they could do 2 cars but would charge us double. So much stress for the morning we were due to fly. Suffice to say we phoned another firm who were fantastic.

Driver lied about fare after we had agreed the price with their office. Had to call the office to confirm the price after the driver refused to give us a receipt. Make sure you insist they use the meter or get them to call their office to confirm the price.
