In terms of customer care and reliability, this company is outstanding and couldn't be beaten.Tom Kelly, owner, ensured all his drivers were aware of the care needs of an elderly lady requiring a regular taxi, so much so that when I rang to double check everything was in place, the driver who answered the phone was fully aware of all the details. On the first day, another driver, Conway arrived and the high standard of care demonstrated was second to none. Having the knowledge that this vulnerable, elderly person was being picked up by a firm who clearly pride themselves in giving the highest standard of reliable care to all customers, particularly the more vulnerable,was a huge relief to me and I cannot praise this firm highly enough.

This taxi company was recommended to my daughter as being highly reliable by another Musselburgh taxi firm. Tom Kelly and his drivers both delivered on this recommendation and exceeded all expectations. An exceptionally high standard of service from a very reliable taxi company.
