Rude and dangerous in Broxbourne - 13 Dec 17

There can be a long queue leaving the station car park during peak times - Broxbourne Station Cars are dangerous and rude! They cut across lanes and push into the front of the queue. They're quick to expect you to let them in and out of the station car park but never let you go in return. Sometimes they even drive the wrong way up the one-way path down to the station building!

Disgusting service. Recorded the driver and the way he spoke to me and my friends so that I can show the station, never am I ever getting into a cab with them again. I felt scared, three 22 year old women with the driver swearing at us and making us feel uneasy. Do not use Broxbourne station cars.
