Amazing! On holiday in Blackpool and need a wheelchair vehicle , this company have been amazing , all drivers have been very helpful and the service has been amazing

Absolutely VILE!! Today, I got one outside blackpool north station, and the drivers were all just stood having a conversation, ignoring me while I waited to get in. Eventually I just sat in, and the driver approached the car, opened the back door and gave me the death stare. I was on the phone to my mother. He then said to me "do you want a ride?" to which I replied, kindly "yes please" he then said "well then take that phone away from your ear and tell me where it is you want to go. Now!" in a very threatening tone, while still giving me the death stare. Due to mental issues, I'm a very sensitive and easily frightened girl, and so I almost started to cry, as I told him, as politely as I could where I wanted to go. I was so embarrassed, I hung the phone up, not wanting my mother to hear how this man had just spoken to me. I stuttered the location I wanted to go to, and he slammed shut the door before climbing in, and driving like a maniac. Just vile.
