    Maybe a good taxi company but poor customer service by the call centre staff, calling a customer pal, then abruptly hanging up.

    I was attending physiotherapy at hospital after two knee replacement operations. They were prompt, reliable and gave excellent service, often sending a minibus to make useage easier for me!
