My daughter called and was given a quote of 28£ for a journey to Gloucester train station. When the guy turned up he said that he did not know anything about the price and that the journey was on the meter that would be about £40. The company admitted to make a mistake but refused to do anything about it and called me 'rude' when I said that I would share my bad experience with the public. Unreliable and unwilling to take responsibilities for their mistake is my experience.

I have been using astar since they first started and haven't had any problems, always on time, drivers are friendly and you can always have a laugh with them, prices are really good, won't use a different company now
