Booked a taxi the night before and explained it was for a hospital surgical procedure. Taxi did not come on time and had to phone the company 4 times. Was hung up on by the operator. Ended up having to walk to great western road to get picked up. Taxi driver denied any fault and when I said I didnt want to argue about it as was going into hospital for an operation and was feeling anxious, I was told to shut up. I left the taxi in tears. I will never use this company again nor recommend them. Absolutely appalling.

Never use these people booked a taxi from Glasgow airport to back home in advanced to bearsden taxi didn't turn up at the agreed time first operator told us the taxi would be there in 10 minutes,half an hour later we phoned to them be told no one was coming stranded at 1:30 am in the morning with a five year old and to top it of the guy was extremely rude.Suprised they are still in business!

Booked taxi wel in advance for NYE. Was told taxi had been dispatched-never showed up. Controllers extremely rude and hung up on us several times when trying to get another one. Taxi eventually arrived an hour later than the booked time. Were told up front it would be time and a half but were charged at least double that. Won't be using again a black hack would have been cheaper even on NYE

Taxi was booked on the new App, driver refused to accept confirmed fee from app to the airport, and then was extremely rude. Never again.

Waited half an hour outside their rank at Beatsden station after being told the taxi would arrive in ten minutes. In the end I called another company who picked up in 5 mins.
