Called today evening to order taxi from Victoria road. Lady over the phone said to me the waiting time is 30 minutes, I said I will wait. After 50 mins nobody came. When rang number again lady over the phone said that they do not have my order. When I asked how is that possible she literally started shouting on me, she was very very rude. She should be fired from work as she can't speak to people. Horrible service, no apology, rude, disgusting

Although they are in desperate need of new cabs as the interior are ofter ripped or dirty, they are reliable, on time, and we recognise the drivers.(being female its nice)

The cabs are not the most fancy but the drivers are friendly and very helpful. The prices are good and they are reliable although have been late but only at peak periods
