I can tolerate lateness even though its for school. But the gentleman on the phone is absolutely rude. MP has NO safeguarding procedure in place for the children they are responsible to take to school SAFELY. Third day and we havent met the designated driver- again can understand. However the company FAILED to communicate the new driver to me ( parent ). No name sent a female driver instead of the male and then still ended up being picked up yet by another driver. If it was just for myself that is not an issue. But since we are dealing with children it is absolutely crucial that the company and parents have communication procedure in place so parents and child know if the driver is late and who is picking them up. Otherwise if thats the norm the child may enter the stolen taxi with the fake driver. When I tried to suggest the better communication I was rudely dismissed and said I can simply make a complain. No apology for inconvenience Today(2nd) they hang up on me.

Late rude , bad driving the driver stunk and no child seat provided for the school run . Never again
