Shocking, terrible taxi service!!! Didnt turn up and then blamed us for it!!! Said they arrived over half an hour late and then drove off despite calling up to ask where they were! Rude - NO STARS

We pre-booked this taxi company to pick us up at 23:30 on the Saturday before xmas and it didn't turn up leaving us stranded in a small village not being able to get a taxi for another 90 mins - irresponsible as this could have been a young woman left in a very vunerable position.

most reliable taxis in Lynn and HONEST at least if they occasionally run few mins late they dont say taxi there in 2 mins and 15 mins later youre still waiting

I am disgusted at the service me and my family received with connect cars. My family members were spoken to rudely and we were quoted less than we were forced to pay. Do not use this firm!
