Got in taxis having already pre paid on app.When the journey finished the metre said 4.40.I said to him ok its 4.40 then got out.When I checked the app he charged me 4.70.They are suppose to be trust worthy. I now feel he has let sussex cars done and will now try another taxis company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Taxi never showed up, the rudest telephonist ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible service. Ordered a pet friendly taxi the day before travelling. In the morning a normal cab arrived with a confused rude driver who refused to take the dog. He contacted the office and they said that there are no pet friendly cars available at this time. Had to run to get to the vet's on time. Awful, incompetent company, will never use again.

Generally good drivers if you can get a cab in the first place, rude operators, jobs not booked when they say they are, and they screen calls. Avoid this company they couldnt care less about customer service.

Increadbly rude telephone receptionist!!! Horrendous service waiting for 40 minuets for our taxi not to show and to be told when rang back that we had to wait a further 2p mins. Discusing. To top it off they then screaned our calls. Completly rude!!!
