Appalling rip off. Charged £15 for a five minute ride. Argued it down to £12 after driver phoned HQ. Still way over priced.

Rang to get a quote from Meltham to Kirkburton on Xmas day. Quoted £15 but when we arrived I had to pay £18. Very disappointed and wont re use.

Very friendly service with and a lovely polite lady on the telephone I think her name is Aisha very reliable service cheap and their drivers are very friendly would definitely recommend this taxi service and they also have a taxi in town so great if you want to go back to Meltham with your local service

expensive and dangerous

Very expensive taxi company, dangerous driver, with no local knowledge, do not help customer with their luggage, if the customer does not pay attention the driver would have missed the sign for the destination and would not find the place due to inappropriate high speed. Not making any effort to make the customer happy even though it was expressed that shortly they would need a taxi for a return journey.

First class service, punctual and the most reasonable prices (local fares 2.50) I've seen in the longest time!!! Can't fault it..
