The taxi we booked never showed up.We waited 10 minutes after the due arrival time and rang them in a bit of a panic.The chap (calls you "darling" - irritating and hugely patronising) said it would be here any minute.Fortunately, the cleaner jumped in her car and took my brother because if he'd missed his train he would also have missed his shuttle to Brussels and quite possibly the lecture he was supposed to deliver there.My mother stayed at home by the front door and the taxi never came. No one ever contacted us. No one ever said sorry or offered any explanation.If you want to get where you're going DO NOT USE these people.

I have been forced to use this taxi company as the local minibus driver moved away and now I have had to stop using them as they constantly turn up late (and I'm not talking 5 minutes I'm not that fussy I'm talking half an hour) and when I ring to see where the cab is they say another job came up and there is never an apology. Rude staff. I feel sorry for the few decent drivers that actually work there as I wouldn't want to tar them all with the same brush but the radio guy's customer service is always awful!
