Left stranded after booking a taxi home from a works do. When I called to politely ask where the taxi was after waiting 20 minutes I was told there is no taxi coming and I had been blacklisted! Horrendous customer service. I had only booked the taxi a few hours before with no issues.

Absolutely shocking service by my driver today, he was rude, drove recklessly and was far too distracted by other things in the car, I will not be using this company again

The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.
