Driver refused to take us all the way home because he said the road would be Icey we assured him that the road was ok but he would not listen.So we had to get out and walk, it was midnight and very cold, but worse was to come because we were nearly hit by a car as the lane was narrow.

I cant express how unprofessional and rude this company is. I have used this company on a number of occasions as they are local and I like to support local businesses, plus they have a couple of friendly drivers, but I simply cannot continue to use such a poor and unreliable service with such rude phone staff. Today for example, I ordered a taxi to work for 8.20. I booked this at around 7.30 am to avoid any issues and was told the taxi was confirmed. Just after 8.20 I rang asking where my taxi was and I was told it would be around another 10 minutes with no apology. I waited 10 minutes and was notified by the automatic phone message that the taxi would be another 6 minutes late meaning that I had to cancel since I would be late to work. I rang up to cancel and the phone operator hung up on me for cancelling! So rude.

Always punctual very friendly drivers cheap fares would recommend this service to anyone . Used on a regular basis .Can b a bit confusing when trying to get picked up from a new venue as the automated system tries to send to your last pick up point .kev in norton
