    Awful booked a taxi to take me to the station on Tuesday 7th March to take me to the station at 7.00 am to get a train to London. Taxi did not turn up. I missed the train and had to pay £125.00 for another single ticket to London. Absolutely disgraceful service

    I have just been charged £20.40 from Bonnymuir Place to the Airport in very light traffic. Took about 15 -20 mins to get here - no more. No help getting case into car. I usually have really good service from Comcabs.

    Taxi was 30 minutes late I asked a rough price to my location was told no more than £10 was over £20!! There machine goes up so quick not even moved 2 streets and your £3 up!! Utter joke don't book with them!!!!

    Sped litrally almost 3 pound getting up about 3 streets each time let alone being started on a 4.50 when I got in taxi meter was going up so quickly not on at all would not recommend at least the driver I got who had to keep asking me for directions which I'm sorry he is the driver he should know!! 100% not impressed would not be booking taxis at this rate!!!!

    Booked a cab for 4:30am. Phoned shortly after as taxi hadn't arrived. Found out that no taxi was en route and we had to "allow for an hour". That's not how booking a taxi works in the real world...

    Thanks com cabs for missing my flight! Called 4 times, The first was to book, the second was to ask where is the taxi..... 3rd & 4th they just did not pick up, ended up walking to the main street and flagging one down, but it was too late, missed my flight and had to re-book. Just what you need at 5am in the morning. Wish i had read the comments on here before booking. Please don't bother booking with this taxi firm.

    Sir we are not responsible for ensuring taxis arrive at the correct time. The response after calling 10 mins after pickup time and finding out the cab is 20 mins late and only 1 of 2 cabs is booked

    This company should seriously consider changing their name to CON CABS ! They promote themselves as airport taxis which they were up until earlier this year when they lost the franchise apparently the reputation they have for letting customers down and their follow up customer service didn't help. Going by personal experience and the reviews i have read ( wish i read them first ) they appear to regularly let potential customers down by lying to them. Mention this company to any other local taxi companies and the drivers all have there own stories to tell you about them and none are good. If you need to be somewhere at a specific time DO NOT really on CON CABS to get you there. I will never use them again and will certainly never promote their services . I'm sure like many other let down customers i wish there was a zero star or even a minus zero star rating for this lot as they cost me a lot of inconvenience and expense due to their incompetence.

    Called their office at 7.28pm on a Friday evening for a taxi to go from Wellheads Terrace Dyce to the airport which is approx a 5min journey. Explained to the controller that i had a 8.40pm flight and needed to be there for 8.00pm, he stated the car would be with me in 10 mins, After waiting 15 mins i called to ask where it was the same controller said it was on it's way and would be with me shortly. After another 15 mins( now 8.05pm ) i called again and got a different controller i explained that i was concerned about the delay and was told that although i was on the system there was no taxis in my area and had not been for the previous hour. There was no apology he only said what can i do i asked if they could get a taxi to me quickly i was told no when i suggested they call another taxi firm to help out i was told no. I called a friend who took me to the airport only to be told i had missed the check in for my flight by 12 mins. Avoid using this company in any circumstances

    call to book a taxi. I got a Taxi but someone else take it!!!! I called the company but no apologies. the girls said they will send another one so i ask how long. the lady said dont know!!!!!! very disappointed with the service.

    Absolute disgrace, phoned a taxi to be at my house for 20.20 was 15 mins late so I phoned up to find out where it was and they said they driver is struggling to find my house after giving him the full address and post code (so not hard to find) had to end up driving my own car to the place which will now cost me more money to go collect. Didnt even get an apology on the phone when I said this is a disgrace and to cancel my taxi, much better taxi firms in Aberdeen to use than this joke of a company.

    I give up, time to start using another firm. Last three bookings they have been late and when I phoned after 15 minutes late find its not even been picked up by a driver. 30 minutes late when your going for a pre-theatre meal is no use.

    Booked a cab in Aberdeen for a short fare down the road ( GF in heels ) Was told credit was fine on the phone. Guy had no card machine, went into a lengthy tirade about it when I asked. He then shouted at us that he had been waiting for us 20 minutes and that such a short fare was " a waste of my time ". Thing is we booked it for 1830 and were in the cab at 1827 with a text from 1822. He was incredibly aggressive and furious about us wanting to pay by card. Despite explaining his office told had told us otherwise, he refused to take us to an ATM so we walked from the drop off point. Sent an email to their support address. 2 days later, no reply. Do not use them. Another cab driver has informed us they are all obliged to accept credit but will actively avoid them to dodge taxation.

    Ridiculous service. Was 40 minutes late, despite me calling them every 10 minutes to which they replied they'd be there any minute. Waited outside my house for those 40 minutes and then was told on the phone that a taxi had already come and I had been called three times. The operator was increasingly aggressive. Awful, awful service. Will never use again and will spread the word.

    I would give this service a zero if I could. 30 minutes late on a booked service, and when I called to ask where the car is I get told we are sorry we dont have a car for you!!

    Shocking service. Booking up a cab hours in advance only for it not to show up. Then told there was an hour and half wait. Roll on UBER getting their taxi license in Aberdeen. Com cabs needs to be wiped out for their continual poor customer serbice

    I rate this business 0 stars. The taxi company ordered the taxi to the wrong address when we had clearly stated our address. We were told our taxi was outside and to arrive downstairs to meet it. It was obvious the taxi was not and when we called after 10 minutes of waiting we were told we had missed it. At this point we asked the operator to double check the address. It became clear that the operator had misheard the address as 426 King street instead of 46 King street. When he realized this he became extremely aggressive with us telling us there were no taxis available that night and proceeded to hang up the phone. We called back and were put through to the same operator who became irate and again hung up the phone mid-conversation. We tried to call back again 6 times and no one answered. Eventually we were put through to a supervisor who told us there was nothing he could do and we could only make complaints between the hours of 7.50am and 8.50am, clearly unwilling to register the complaint. None of the operators we spoke to this night were interested in the welfare of their customers at all and we felt patronized and victimized for their mistake. Taxi companies have a responsibility to get their customers home safely and Don Cabs completely disregarded this. Please avoid at all costs.
