One of the worst car drop services I have encountered. I booked a drop Surbiton to Gatwick Airport and had a 1.5 year infant traveling with me. Firstly the driver did not arrive on time. Then when I called up the services, the manager instead of placating me, (because I was obviously running late) tried to blame the delay on the driver who did not have a baby car seat and had to rush to arrange for one. He tone was far from friendly! Having finally arrived 15 minutes late, I find out that the baby car seat belt had a faulty lock and could not be fastened. So after having tried to secure the lock in vain for I finally had to settle with holding the baby which is ideally against the law. I had no time to arrange for another cab. But I would not recommend using their services. And I don't trust the information that they provide on their website either on the safety and trained drivers.
