    My wife called to ask why taxi was 15 min late. They just lied and said it had already been and that I'd missed it, then they were very rude about her "attitude". I had to get the bus with my broken hand, so was late for my hospital appointment. Useless, unprofessional, incompetent and downright rude.

    Booked by phone many hours before, got it confirmed by sms and they simply didn't arrive. Made a complaint but they didn't respond. Beware!!! Awful service.
