Delta Taxi

Absolutely been traumatized this morning. Taxi man ended up getting in a argument with someone. Understand at first because someone pulled out dangerously on him. Put the finger up which set the other driver of more. Other driver went at the car to the point where the taxi had to swerved onto the kirb onto grass. Rang police took my phone number and name which I didnt mind then still asked for the money after nearly killing me on the way to work ! I couldnt even move or speak I was shaking and in shock so much. 17 year old watching 2 grown men nearly fighting. Also got coffee on me of the other driver thag swilled the taxi. Heard nothing since, worst experience of my life

Absolute awful company ,left the wife and I stranded at Manchester airport , our flight was delayed , however when we landed I received a call from their driver to say he was outside the airport and to ring him when we had collected our bags , now admittedly there was a delay in getting through security and getting our cases , anyway I rang him and said were ready now, only to be told that he had taken another fare and therefore hadnt waited for us as agreed . So I immediately rang their office to complain they offered to get another car out to us but couldnt say when , my wife had been ill on holiday and the last thing we wanted at 2am in the morning was to hang around waiting for a taxi to get to us from Liverpool , so we ended up getting a black cab which cost £154 suffice to say I will never ever use Delta ever again

Do not use this taxi company ,did not turn up for a booking even though it was booked well in advance left us stranded in Liverpool at 12 oclock at night could not get an answer as it was an automated machine I do not normally complain,but this was unacceptable i will be bringing it up with the taxi licensing committee hopefully something can be done about them.
