Extremely rude to women put phone down to my crying partner who booked a taxi and tried to explain that she booked it at pacific time so not to be late for school and he shouted at her and put phone down very cruel attitude been using the service for years been a constant customer and get treated like a dog avoid. ps no complaints against the the drivers there are nice hard workers but the manager/customer service need training very angry!

Terrible service, driver had no idea where he was going, had to wait ages and ring more than once to chase up my booking!

Used for a few years now, never had any trouble up until they changed a few drivers, one I don't feel safe with at all and has nearly crashed once with me in car and laughed about it and knocked '20p' of fare for apology, then the next, drove all the way round after me telling several times where to go, frowned and was very rude towards me! Will never be using this service again!!!
