cab booked in advance by event organiser for participant. Booked for 5.30 rang 3 times to find out when cab would arrive. Told they were busy even though i pointed out if they don't have the cars dont take the booking. Eventually turned up at 6.30 one hour late. The attitude shown to the customer by this company is appalling. Use at your peril and not when looking to catch a train

shockingly bad experience, booked 5 hrs in advance As travelling in from London. Office phoned 5 mins prior booked time, said "no cars" cannot hold cars for a fare worth a few quid. when I pointed out, it was a £20 fare, ok not a fortune, but not a "few quid" also, plus keeping kids of 8 years old waiting an hour at midnight in the city centre was unacceptable! especially when booked with A ample 5hrs notice, the reply was "wait or cancel" I will never trust or rely on this company to transport my family again.

Have used Datacabs numerous times and think people are quick to criticise but often when given a good service at a decent price they often dont leave a positive review. I can honestly say Ive never had any problems with this cab firm going back to when they were called Diamond cabs, alright Ive had a few that were late because theyre a busy firm but they always turned up and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Just thought it was about time someone gave a positive review.

Had 3 pre booked taxis With these and 1 out of the 3 turned up. Was left stranded at the Liberty Stadium after a concert rang to find out where my taxi was and the rude man on the phone instantly hung up

We have ordered from Datacabs three times in the last 3 weeks and had the taxi arrive a grand total of 0 times. Ringing up again last night, 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, to see where the taxi was we were informed that our address had been black listed for fighting in the taxi. Having moved into the address at the start of September and not once getting into a Datacab taxi this is insane. The very fact that we were not informed of our blacklisting and were made to think that the taxi had be booked lead to us arriving considerably later that required to our event. I would award 0/5 if allowed as Datacabs failed to provide us the most service.

Not the quickest or cheapest cab firm but they are official black cabs. The drivers never seem to know where anywhere is though.

Data Cabs are definitely the biggest Taxi company in Swansea. There are always plenty of Taxi's on Wind Street after a night out.
