The worst experience in a taxi! The man was the rudest driver I have ever been with! He was obnoxious and just plain rude! We ordered two taxis and only one turned up! This has happened twice! It was the taxi companies fault and the driver refused to accept it! He would not go back to pick our friends up, even though they had no means of getting home. I am NEVER using this company again and neither should anyone else!

**WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE** After being told we couldn't order a minibus, we ordered two taxis and only one showed up. The taxi driver was incredibly rude, refused to take any responsibility for the mistake and stated plainly that he wouldn't do two trips to pick up our other 4 friends as other drivers from the same company finished "at 12". He was more than happy to leave 4 people in an almost empty town despite the near freezing temperature and heavy rain that showed no sign of clearing up, which is completely unacceptable. I will NOT be using this company again as this is not the first time this has happened.

Unreliable! On two separate occasions, I have ordered a minibus to collect me and a number of my friends, however as no minibuses were available at the time, I was offered to have 2 cars instead, which would have been fine, had they actually turned up! Both times only one car showed up, and the driver couldnt seem to care less that he was leaving 4 people stranded in the cold at 3am with no way to get home! The driver gave the excuse that he was told he wasnt going to be working late, and that his friend finished at 12! If that was the case I would expect to be told when I ordered the taxi, not when Im waiting on the kerb with 8 people waiting to get home
