An enormous thank you to the driver who helped two old ladies ( 1 disabled and just out of hospital) who had a puncture today,17/05/19,near fire station Bathgate. He got us back on the road and tailed us to a garage for repair. He would not accept a penny for all his help. I don't know what we would have done without his help. If all this company's drivers are like this, please do not consider another taxi company. I won't ! J. Johnston,Bathgate.

I have used county for 4yrs on a weekly (sometimes twice) basis. Today I got a cab, he nearly crashed twice with my son and I in the car, asked him to take me to hospital instead of asda and was told no so had to get him to livingston and then get another taxi to the hospital. My son dropped his phone in the cab but driver says it wasn't in car, we can prove he's lying as we have a tracker on our sons phone and various stop and addresses we visited until we called cab company and after that it was switched off, really am very angry, I have been a loyal customer for years and now treated as a liar, I have contacted the police who have reported as stolen, they are going to be getting in contact with next customers and driver who has obviously pocketed my son's phone and saying he knew nothing about it I would not recommend to anyone, less than helpful on the phone too!!!
