It's a shame that a certain driver ruins the reputation of this firm. Twice has overcharged me. Miserable too. First time took me all round the houses to get me there. 2nd time he turned up I told him where to turn which he seemed very familiar with and charged me even more than the first time??? Got a taxi back with a local taxi firm and they are always friendly and charge me at least £2 less for the same route? Won't be using again because of him

Absolutely never use this cowboy, thieving firm. I made a point of calling for a quote before my journey to be quoted £20-25.. then to get to destinations for the sum of £35,40 to be paid. I have rung the firm everyday since Thursday only to get fogged of. I will be reporting to TS if I haven't had my money back by the 23rd.

Absolutely terrible. The woman on the phone needs to find a new job as it's clear she hates it, she is rude and angry. Drivers are always late. Pre booked a taxi for the morning the night before and it was 30 mins late which meant I was late for work. Driver told me all the taxi men are Sat in the office not doing anything. Horrible service had so much bad experience with them. Id rather walk

Attitude of staff discusting, my phone fell out of my bag and quickly realising rang and was told will drop off May charge £2. driver arrived and asked for full fare or he wouldn't give the phone back, was rude snatched the fare and sped off! Although I am grateful to get back attitude was appalling

absolutely horrible experience with this taxi firm. The driver was nothing but rude and intimidating I've never been to Manchester and didn't exactly know my way around. He turned up late and at a different location to what I asked therefor there was a lot of back and forth as of to where he was, I then got in the taxi and told him the price I was quoted over the phone he then proceeded in calling me a liar a waste of time and telling me to get out of his taxi. After a long night and no other option to get home I agreed to pay more wich I had to pay upfront. The taxi driver was rude the whole journey home and this is a route that's a maximum of about 1 hour and 10 mins by car. This journey took 3+ HOURS! I told him he was going the wrong way but he was persistent that I was wrong and told me I didn't know what I was on about, finally get home and he charge me another £10 cause there was 2 stops (in he same area) I had to pay as he was very threatening. It ruined my night completely.
