AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Booked a taxi for 11.45 it never turned up. They never got in touch to tell us they were running late. We rang after 15 mins to be told they were behind but were on the way and would be a further 15 mins. Half an hour later still no taxi so we rang again to be told they were on their way, still no taxi turned up we were stood out in the cold and the rain the service is the worst I will never use them again

Absolutely appalled by the service provided by the firm. On the first day taxi was 50 min late. A driver was speeding making a trip rather uncomfortable. Never apologised for being late. On the second day we have booked a minibus only to be told there will be 2 separate taxi as no minibus available but to our surprise a minibus gas turned up. 10 min before the arranged time. We got it 5 min after the time we booked it for as we were told to me our vehicles on the car park. A driver said he has no time to wait for us then driven us like maniac again. So rude! A burgundy Ford Transit. Please avoid.

Amber taxis turned up 45 minutes late. Fortunately the venue did not throw us out into the cold but we were the last people to leave our friends wedding. I had to call the taxi service desk to find out what was going on several times (no calls to me!) and each time I was told that the taxi was only 10 minutes away. I would give them no stars if I could!
