NG means NO GOOD! Don't trust this company they let us down didn't turn up to collect us from East midlands airport left stranded in the early hours, A very rude person answered the phone when I enquired where was my taxi. saying the taxi turned up but because the flight was late by 20 mins he left. and I didn't give them the flight number! To book any taxi from an airport they can't do it without a flight number, JUST LIARS! beware !!!!!
