The first driver who picked us up decided to reverse over the front garden, then waited 25 minutes for the cab on the return journey before giving up and using another company.

Wouldnt come and pick up my 17 year old daughter who was lost on an industrial estate after her first day at her new job. This was despite her telling them the name of the factory she was waiting outside. Apparently they wont come out if you cant supply a postcode. Just as well there are lots of other companies to choose from as we wont be using this one again.

I want to say a massive thankyou to my taxi driver who took me home tonight , this amazing women gave me the best advice and genuinely cared when it came to her clients , I hope this message gets back to her , the taxi was called from 07****40436 , thankyou so much x

Our taxi was over 40 minutes late (even though it was booked over 2 hours in advance) and when enquiring on its whereabouts was told very rudely to find another way there and hung up on by the phone operator. Will never use again, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not recommend.
