Prebooked a taxi at half 1 for it to arrive at work for 4pm. Its now 4:50pm and I am still waiting for a taxi after it getting cancelled because the driver “couldnt find me” when my work place has a neon orange sign that cant be missed. This happens every single day.

Booked a taxi to for a lady in a wheelchair to be taken a brought back from her sons birthday celebrations. Obviously a car that could take a wheelchair was ordered. The driver said he would be back at 9pm to pick her up. At 9.10pm we rang to see where the driver was to be told he had gone home!! After ringing several times we were told he was refusing to come out for her. Eventually her son and grandson had to push her through the streets at twenty to ten at night for half an hour to get her home. Disgusting!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Completely disagree with previous reviews. I have recently been in hospital and not allowed to drive at moment so had to book a taxi to do some essential errands . Admit I was worried as havent had to get a taxi in years and lots of local firms had mixed reviews online . Im on crutches so needed taxi to take me to various locations and wait for me . My driver Afram turned up on time and couldnt have been more helpful or kind. Car was clean, he got out and opened door for me . Waited patiently whilst I did what I had to do . Loaded my bags in car and even got out to post a letter for me . Brought me home and carried bags to door . Chatted all time and wished me a good recovery . Cant speak for other drivers but he was a gem and if I need another taxi Id def ring them again. Receptionist was also very helpful when I rang to explain my situation .

Dont think ill be belling these again, i got one driver who couldnt speak a word of english, n its kind of annoying i accidentally left my phone in his taxi, so i belled it so the driver would hopefully answer, he only drove up the street, like a minute away from my flat and charged £2.50 to bring it back!!! the audacity thou no consideration or respect!!

They are supposed to have so many drivers but you can not get a taxi from 8:45 to 9:15 as they are to busy and on Friday prey day what a nightmare , but ring a small company like Motown in Shaw they can get you a car straight away not a satisfied customer

Poor customer service, not on time. Some drivers are very nice and drive well but others drove very erratically and unsafe (undertaking on the motorway). I was a regular user but since Cartax has been taken over by this company the prices have increased by between 5-10%. I won't be using them again.

Ordered a taxi at from royal Oldham hospital when the driver came, and I got in the taxi , I just told the driver how much I have previously paid for a taxi to and from the same distance and that he should go to the shorter routes to avoid traffic, the man got mad and annoyed and said he will return me back to the hospital, he needed up dropping me on the street Middle of no where , in the cold. After a night shift thats the last thing I need. This driver is very bad person and dangerous, he shouldnt be allowed to driver In public plc, no moral support or respect.. When I called the office to reported him , explained the situation the call advice , he told me that they were busy , indirectly says he is not interested in my complaint. Karma is round ! I will never take a taxi from this company again !

Phone was left in one of gmx taxis last night. Using the find my iPhone app it took us to the drivers address. He said he didnt have it. After telling him we was contacting the police he said he found it in his taxi 30 minutes later. Absolute scumbag

I was cut up on a round about by one of the drivers from GMX taxis, then on the same round about they drifted into my lane and nearly hit me had i not swerved and used my home as he was using his phone. Additionaly, i had a new born in the car... Not a safe company in my option.
