I have used this firm on and off for about ten years. Yesterday I ordered a cab, the operator said it would be 10-15 minutes, but didn't show up after half an hour. I called to be told it was just round the corner. After waiting another 10 mins I got a call from the driver to signal that he had arrived but no taxi pulled up outside. I waited a moment then went outside of the garden to look down the road and saw a taxi backing out of a side street and pull away. I called the operator to tell them the taxi had gone to the wrong address, they told me he hadn't! The driver maintained that he had been to the house when he hadn't. After waiting and hour and twenty in total, and with no other taxis available I had no choice but to walk home alone at 11.15pm taking fifty minutes. I have never dealt with such poor service, both from the lying driver to the operator who simply kept repeating that the driver had been to the house when I actually saw him drive off from further down the road.

Where do I start? The 1 star is for the lovely driver who drove the minibus to our destination. He was 10 minutes late but we could cope with this. We had booked the minibus two days prior to our function. We confirmed again that we were to be picked up at midnight. This did not happen. 1 of our party rang at 11.30 to see if we could get it any sooner as our function had finished. We were told that it couldn't but would get to us as soon as possible. Stood outside from 11.45. At 12.10 we rang the company to see were it was and they told us it was just clearing a job and would be with us in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later still no minibus! We rang again and the owner answered and told us we would have to wait. He give us a new address that the minibus was clearing and he would be 10 minutes. You've guessed it. 10 minutes later and no minibus. Re-rang and was told he would ring us. After 1 hour waiting we made alternative arrangements. Owner was rude, abusive and had no customer service.
