I have used goldstar taxis for years and an a regular customer who has always had a great experience although yesterday I had an awful taxi driver who charged me too much. After explaining that this is not the price i was quoted he cursed at me and told me to pay the amount and get out of his taxi. I called the head office while in the car and explained what had happened the driver proceeded to curse at the person at the head office and was told to sort it out with 'her'. I am never using this service again and deeply disappointed.

Hi, I have always use goldstar taxi. Normally I always on time. But this time I was 10min late coming out from my house. This taxi driver white Vauxhall insignia, waited for me. When I come out his was so polite. I was telling my husband before leaving my home that this taxi driver going to be Angry at me, because He waited this long for me. But this was not the case. He welcome me with smile. The thing impress me more was his car. Almost new. Very clean and smell amazing inside. Build in satellite. Very comfortable luxury feeling. Normally I get picked by old Skoda lol. The drive smell very nice. Very funny guy. We speak al the way. Amazing guy. Excellent customer service.

There is not a single element of this wonderful service that i could fault, I have used this service time and again - taxis and cars always on time , never late , always courteous, i feel safe with them and have never ever been let down. I have twice had long trips to places like London and the car has been on time. I don't understand why people have written such reviews below, to be honest, you have to take into consideration traffic and other factors . They are a wonderful service and this is coming from someone who has been local to Peterborough for 4 years. I would not go anywhere else!

Yesturday we take taxi from city hospital from mothers and child unit to take our daughter wich just born to home. I was verry tired after birth and left a phone in the car ( light grey skoda octavia reg number BT59KPY) we was calling to them that to look a phone, one person said that he will call to taxist wich pick up us from hospital , but later they hung up the phone. Maby this phone made him reach but our just born doughters photo he could bring bag. Our frends never use Goldstar. I was using just this taxi but No more i use it again. Sorry for English mistakes

The rudest & aggressive driver/drivers girlfriend when in their cab they pushed into a queue for fuel at the Fenman, Stanground at approx 18:15 this evening and then proceeded to verbally abuse 2 other car drivers who had patiently queued with everyone else. A bit concerning that such behaviour is shown by a cab driver! We will never use Goldstar again and will tell all our friends & family too!
