Daughter used them. Car starts to smoke, driver advises her to stay in car. Flame then shoots out dashboard and she jumps out and car burst into flames. I eventually speak to a manager who neither asked how she was or apologised. He said best talk to driver. Total disregard for the passenger. Didnt understand why I was upset and thought advising someone to stay in smoking car was acceptable. Avoid!!!!!

asked for a quote to get from Swindon to Newbury (even gave postcode for accuracy) and was quoted £65 (mum had called several companies in the days proceeding, to get a quote which most gave £52-£65) however when we pulled up the meter was £73. no surprise since he missed our turning off a main roundabout. Mum was going on a bit further and it shouldn't have been more than £5 but was asked to pay £80 when she got home!! she tried to argue that it shouldn't have been more than £70 and driver just said "that's what's on the meter, you have to pay!" despite his mistake not turning off when he should have :(

£9.50 to go from the groves pub in town to toothill shops on a monday evening, not only this but we were subject to the driver listening to a sermon on the radio. We WERE ALL offended at paying a ridiculous price and having to listen to religion while being fleeced.

I got a quote on the phone for 14 pounds I took 15 to make sure I had enough, my fair ended up at 19 pounds for a 10 minuet journey, luckily I had some change!!! I rang the office and they said 19 pounds is about right and they must have got it wrong! 19 pound is extortionate and 7 pound more expensive then I've ever been charged by any other company, i will never use them again and I will be advising friends/colleagues to stay well away!

Don't waste your efforts, even with a pre booking 4 days in advance and a booking number the taxi failed to turn up and left us stranded in Cirencester.... poor service and rude liars....Saturday nights they only want to pick up local fares......had a babysitter to get home for.... just very stressful

cost turned out to be double what we were quoted - would never use this taxi service again if they were the last one in Swindon. They even have the ability to listen to the call and could hear the quote and all they could do was apologise - we ended up paying £44 more than we were quoted !!! never again !!

Worst taxi service i ever had i ordered a taxi to the abbeymeads school to pick up my children, called the taxi at 2pm and come 3:10 the taxi still hadn't arrived, i ended up walking, and had to call the school to explain to them what had happened and that i was going to be late. Never go with this taxi service again ive had nothing but problems, and my advice is never use them as there drivers are rude as well.
