Disgraceful driver - John. Frightened my Son made him feel unsafe on his journey to school. Disgusting human being, utterly arrogant, obnoxious, should not be responsible for school runs under any circumstances God forbid I see this entity again. Taxi firm apologetic but words are not enough. Totally shameful behaviour

Called early for work at 10 acknowledging school rush and told ten minutes for the taxi at 9:18. At 9:43 called again to ask for time or i'll cancel and get another firm as work was a good 15 min journey. Woman told me it was on its way but hadn't received text, when I asked how long approx it'd be she hung up on me. Tried calling back and got declined. Taxi notification saying it's on the way came at 9:50 so it hadn't even set off. Ended up 15 minutes late for work. Would've just called a different company.

Do not use this firm, waited over 30 mins for a can, kept being told that it was around the corner and missed my train because of it. Had to wait 1 hr for the next train DO NOT USE
