Dreadful company. There is a reason this cab company have 1.5 stars out of 5! Unreliable and rude...everything a cab company should be and nothing they are not. Have let me down too many times...never using again and would certainly not recommend to anyone!

Totally appalling service and never even got as far as getting a taxi. Rang up to book a taxi and was met with the most rude woman. My description of the address we wanted to be picked up from was apparently not accurate enough, but instead of letting me try and better describe where we were she said 'unless you know the address, don't ring.', and hung up. Would never (try to) use them again. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

Worst service ever ... woman on end of phone is rude and she is every time so this isn't grudge review ... and you can't even order a taxi. .. she can't be bothered ... so order with anyone else. But if you do manage to get past her taxi drivers seem okay but watch they don't take you the long wayou hom!

Used to be a good company but now seems to have incredibly rude controllers. They should consider sending them for training - though most people don't need to be taught basic manners. Most recently, two days ago when we called a taxi for as soon as possible. We went outside to watch for it and received the text saying the taxi was outside. It wasn't - we were and there had been no traffic whatsoever. After another ten minutes we tried to call to ask how long it would be. After ringing from three phones for 15 minutes a male controller answered the phone and told us that we had taken too long so our taxi had left. When I told him we had been outside and it had never turned up he accused me of lying. I asked if there was another taxi and he said rather nastily "not for you". I asked to speak to a manager and was laughed at told there wasn't one. The man then said that if I wanted to be petty and complain about him I should just call a better taxi service and then hung up!

I used this taxis for 7 years and I am very angry at the last time I booked this Jan 2015. The most rude woman on the phone made this company loose a loyal costumer. A shame!! same experience as previous reviewers. Owner should take note.

Like the first reviewer, I had used this service for many years but in the past year or so they have become extremely unreliable. I am on first name terms with many of the drivers and have always found them friendly and accomodating. The problem lies with the controllers. They are rude, often aggressive. When you politely question the time a taxi will take ( the standard is often 1 hour in a dismissive tone) shouted abuse is now the norm. Last night I was told that they were too busy to listen to me. I was told this twice and cut off twice in mid sentence when I asked about the complaints procedure. Whe I asked for the controller's name he refused to give it to me. I will never use this disgraceful service again as a result. A pity considering the pleasantly contrasted drivers who have informed me that it is indeed the controllers who are the problem.

Used to use this firm all the time, until one day I rang for a taxi and was met with the most rude woman on the end of the phone. I dropped a letter with my destinationss address on it and said '2 seconds', which she then replied 'listen, I don't have 2 seconds for you'. Just appalling customer service!! When I tang back to make a complaint and speak to a manager, I was told one wouldn't be in until Monday morning (this being Friday morning). And the man on the other end of the phone was fine at first, once I stated my complaint, he apologized in the most insincere way, stated how busy they were with the phones ringing constantly, and then said something along the lines of 'it's because of people like you phoning that these things happen, and then you hold us back'. I think you will find it's people like me (paying customers) that you have a job in the first place. Manners come free after all. I too work in customer services, and would never dream of speaking to a customer like that!

Had to use this firm as a one off. Pretty good overall on time modern clean taxi and an accommodating driver ... would use again if I had to.

Rang up on my mobile and they arrived within ten minutes fantastic. Would use these guys again no doubt about that!
