Phoned up on Wednesday for a taxi at 2:40 pm 5 times wouldnt pick up been loyal for 5 years always had a problem with them late Ill never trust again

very poor commpany. Son rang for a taxi was told 10mins, rang again 25min later told 5 mins, rang again was told it was on a street mins away,rang again 10 mins later and was given 3 different excuses why it hadn't arrived, flat tyre, someone jumped it ,its been and no- one was there. Avoid this firm like the plague, rude operater and refused to let my son speak to their manager. Phone for taxi at 23:10 finally arrived 00.05. Abysmal service. Only gave 1 star so I could post this ,it should be a minus rating

Absolutely terrable service. Been waiting 30 mins for this taxi and every time I call to see where it is they tall me to wait a couple of mins

Left my phone in one of the cars called back was told to call back next day, thought I'd lost it, when I phoned back they told me to collect it from the office, couldn't believe it after hearing from other people about taxi drivers, so imagine my surprise. Fast4 taxis as far as I'm concerned are honest and helpful.

july 30th 2011, eastwood to sheffield 17.10 charge, phoned them they have my number, got to wait till following day for reply.
