AVOID AT ALL COSTS- STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE ALWAYS LATE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

The driver I had was unprofessional, rude and aggressive. During my trip he said it was an extra 6 for having luggage and when I refused he was aggressive to the point of stopping and calling his controller, then he told me I had to pay the extra fee. I called his controller myself and the driver again stopped the car and refused to move delaying my trip for a second time. The controller was sullen and unhelpful and stated that he couldn't do anything about it. I pointed out that I was a regular customer and I always took the same bags and had not experienced this charge before. I told him I wouldn't be using his company again and he simply said I could do whatever I wanted. Seriously flawed service! The driver continued on after I agreed to the extra fee and I finally made it to my destination. The driver told me he didn't have change and spent the next ten minutes going from shop to shop to get some coins while I waited on the street. The worst experience I've ever had in a taxi.
