If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service, the phone manner by the woman on the switchboard was absolutely appauling, she cleary hasnt got a clue about customer service at all. She should be taught a lesson on how to actually speak to PAYING customers with respect and not like an arsey cow. DO NOT USE.

Would have been nice to have at least get an acknowledgement from this complaint about RADIO TAXIS. I would just like to complain about the service provided by your company this evening. Monday 14th October. Whoever was on the desk deserves the sack. I booked a taxi to pick me up from 47 winscale way and was texted to say it had arrived. I went to the door and there was no taxi in sight. My sister in law then rang and was informed the taxi was there, outside the house. Well there were 3 of us there and no taxi. The person on the desk put the phone down on my sister in law, when she tried to say there was definitely no taxi there. When I rang I was told that the taxi was there and she didn't like being spoken to in the manner she had been, which is why she had hung up, and I should use another company. That's ok i shall use a different company in future. I know people who drive for you and have worked the switchboard, and there is no way they would have treated customers like this. I h

Absolutely rubbish service. Asked for a taxi at the Griffin. Waited by the Griffin. Was called by the taxi firm to tell me that we weren't by the Griffin and the taxi was leaving. Even got a thumbs up from the driver as he left! Never again.
