A real Jekyll and Hyde company. First experience I had the most proffesional and articulate driver in the most spotless taxi I've ever been in, and this was half six in the morning. The next 2 days the cars were like pigsties, bad attitude drivers whining about everything, one even called me before he was due to tell me to get a move on because he wanted to go home! After this there was never going to be a day 4 for me.

I have been using Surrey Cars for the past few years for both business and leisure travel. They have always been excellent. Always on time, great vehicles (Clean and mostly new). The drivers and operations team is always very friendly and helpful.

I ordered the taxi to come and pick me and my children up from school and it came exactly on time . The driver dropped us off at home. However , when we arrived I realised that I had left my phone inside the taxi. I was really worried so I called the taxi office again.They said that he had found the phone and he came to give it to me after his trip . He was a great help and me and my children had an amazing experience.

I stayed in Southampton last night for meeting today. Had a meal out with a friend and got a Taxi with this company. I was a bit 'worse for wear' but not to bad and realised I had left a shopping bag accidentally either in the restaurant or taxi.The value of the items was in the hundreds. Telephoned West Quay Taxis first this morning and Liam was very helpful and gave me the job number as the Driver was a night Driver and hence asleep. Telephoned at lunchtime and Helen was brilliant and managed to get hold of the Driver who actually took his personal time out to deliver the shopping bag to me. Thankyou and well done West Quay Taxis!

We ordered a taxi from this company to pick us up 23:10 at around 22:00. They then showed up at 23:19, 9 minutes late. We we're suppose to stove at our destination at 23:30 and we're obviously not going to be on time.

These guys really know their stuff. I was tired and impatient when they picked me up (not their fault),Yet they were so professional, not fazed at all. Lovely drivers and good price too.
