Spoke to Chris who rang to say that they 'may' be 10 minutes late because of another booking for the same time. I booked 7 days prior to booking so can only assume another person had booked. It wouldnt have been an issue if we were on a tight deadline, however he said that he shouldn't of rung and said anything. Recommend ringing to confirm taxi times...!

I rang, asked for a taxi, 45 minutes waited, no response when i tried to ring back, this has happened several times with them, they remain the worst taxi firm in Warwickshire

Didn't turn up. Despite me booking in advance and ringing again to confirm all was OK. Lady rude on the phone at time of booking, sounded like I was putting her out. Gave flight number and time of pick up at least 4 times. Waited half an hour outside at airport and when I phoned they said they had lost the flight number so had not sent anyone. They still knew the pick up time and could they not have phoned me? They had my mobile number.
